The wine of Descalzos Viejos is created in Ronda's city centre, in the chapel of a 16th Century Trinitarian convent. Its vineyards, in the furthermost foothills of the El Tajo gorge, watch over the growing grapes, responsible for the bouquet of its wines; exclusive and bottled with care and served to order. The families Retamero and Salesi open the doors of this Gothic-Mudejar church to visitors, attracted by the secrets the wine hides within its walls.
